PoemOften, we get into a fight—Easier than facing what stirs inside.A rush to fix things…
Duality
Poem
So-called perfection feels incomplete,
Something is missing—
A love between perfection and imperfection,
Still unfolding within.
Duality
Duality plays a great role,
Helping us learn and grow.
When I understood,
I loved myself even more.
Inner Debate
Before reacting,
I heard them inside,
Like two lawyers in my mind.
Days passed—
They kept debating,
One day, suddenly,
It got resolved
In just a few words.
Repetitive Experience
It’s not easy to hear them and remain untouched,
Each time I got caught in the storm.
I knew it is the fine work of duality,
A lesson returning, until I truly grow.
Poem
When silence dawns,
and one sees what rises within—
Ah, it is stress…it is fear.
Thank God,
I got some work to do inside.
What a beautiful
journey
it is.
Good and Evil
Good and Evil—both are detached,
Alike in so many ways.
They serve no purpose of their own,
Other than to establish what they have deep inside,
Fear and conflict, peace and grace.
They are steady, strong, and persistent.
What they plant will grow one day,
It may take twenty years or more,
But both endure, and quietly stay.
Taken
When breath is taken away,
I don’t know what to do.
Perhaps it’s okay
To float in shallow waters too.
Duality is okay—something to learn,
Staying with ease,
I may return
To where I truly belong.
Anger
Anger has no brain—
No logic, no sight,
Deep down, a subtle fear and a restless mind.
Anger can serve if channeled—
Pure energy in a clever disguise.
In the hands of a yogi, fierce yet still,
It becomes a force shaped by will.
Fear
If I am afraid, I can run—
But it’s never about the other person.
Fear sits inside,
Wearing a new face each time.
Courage lies behind seven locks,
Only the one who dares to dive,
Find new wings.
Abilities rise to new heights—
Because of the space inside.
