True Confidence

Often, we get into a fight—
Easier than facing what stirs inside.
A rush to fix things outside,
Leaving us empty, tired.
There is a strange satisfaction in the struggle—
A loop we unconsciously enjoy,
A hidden thrill we call life.

Confidence
Confidence is not how well we talk—
What we wear or how we walk,
Not in the money and in famous names,
Is how we communicate in silence.

Poem
Positivity is not untouched by darkness,
But lives through it,
Not in a suppressed way.
In observation.

Why Are We Here?
It’s simple—to learn, to grow.
Think about it—
And you will know.
A still mind is more receptive,
Always in the learning mode,
Enjoying life in a non-conceptual way,
And standing certain—
When to say Yes,
And when to say No.
