Inner Struggle

Unaware of what is there inside,
Busy hours keep me occupied,
But quiet moments weigh me down,
Revealing cracks I never found.
My fear took shape,
Unknowingly I invited troubles.
Quick fix made it worse,
Making the same mistake a hundred times.
Stability is the work of life.

Poem
I fight to hold small issues tight,
Clinging to them with restless mind.
I feel discomfort inside,
It takes me a while to identify my pain.
Whatever I do anyway goes in vain,
Sadly I withdraw myself, left no choice.
Suddenly I realise what is most important in my life.
Every time I choose the same — inner peace is the main.
I happily let the other one win,
Feel stronger and light.
It is like a chain, I soon forget,
And do the same.

Poem
Something is bothering me, I begin to talk—
Am I sharing with others?
Or cannot manage to be myself?

Poem
Too quick, over-explaining—
It is fear whispering beneath.
Losing inner focus,
Ability to filter.
When to pause,
When to respond,
When to simply ignore—
These are not small victories,
But the silent treasure of a growing soul.
