Being grateful to conflict — something is there to observe, not to remove it with good thoughts, not trying to fix it, not trying to make it feel good, even saying sorry may interrupt the process within; being in the pain, with help of kriya techniques, one begins to becomes free.

How Not to Judge
How not to judge others-something we all try.
Is it even natural?
Has that thought ever passed by?
We want to change, want to remove.
Not out of love, but because it is difficult to live with. Judging others is rarely a problem.
Judging oneself is the deeper wound.
Not fighting it-then, quietly, something changes.
For real.

Reacting quickly, stepping back feels difficult-a subtle fear hidden beneath.
As the silence deepens It allows one to see.
What was preventing The mind from staying.

In the depth of ocean
One hears everything so clearly,
Yet noise begins to fade.
The sound of own breath becomes more interesting.

All is done, In God's eye blink, why this hard work for?
A labour builds home, But never lived in, An constant efforts for life, too many challenges at the same time, Besides money, and success, Caring for this precious body, Watching over the mind, One calls for attention, Another slips into neglect, it is almost impossible, Carrying oil pot on head, around the mountain, Without spilling a single drop All these efforts
Bringing us closer to death.

The truly positive soul is not untouched by darkness, but lives it through, stillness at heart.
aware of what arises within.

Everyone touches the silence; the challenge is to stay, to hold it gently, not drift away.
Who says it is easy, when anxiety fills the mind?
It asks for nothing yet it slips away.
To quiet the mind, There is a constant inner fight-Judging the self again and again. as we have been conditioned throughout life, Yet we keep practising, Slowly breaking the ice, Learning to stay.

Sometimes we want this, sometimes that-The conflict is not exactly that.
The guilt is-difficult to accept that we can change,
One part is in favour, the other against, Too many concepts loaded the mind,
In this inner struggle, One grows tired and drained,
Silence knows the truth, Like crystal clear water of the lake, Where true image is seen as it is.

Fear seeks direction-to be told what is wrong, what is right. Priests and holy books are here to guide. But when inner connection awakens, conflict still rise-
With a difference one knows, what once felt right no longer holds. What is right the silence knows.

Maturity happens when one is able to express what one truly feels inside,
Words become fewer, clear, soft yet firm,
carry no hidden
hurt and anger-
after many shots of no-duality.

Unconditional love-
Love does not disappear, even when the other one is staying apart.
Happy to know everything is fine. living with hope, deepens the love.
On the other hand, difficult to maintain Living relationship.
One gets to learn to give and forgive, conditioning the mind to say-this is also fine.
But then suddenly, death takes all away, as if nothing matter.
Hope is gone.
feels suffocated and frustrated, How death makes us feel small.
Doubting our own existence-am I real?
Questions arise-what is all this learning for? one has to move on, as there is no other choice.
Perhaps nothing was ever ours to keep.

Fear lives inside, Wearing a new face each time.
Hard to recognise leads to an endless loop.
Courage lies behind seven locks,
One who dares to dive,
Patiently opening One door at a time, Starting from the starting point.
Consistent yet never in a hurry Rises to new heights.

One restless action gives birth to many, Knowing it, Yet get carried away, Unsure how to return.
As awareness deepens, One discovers something within walks towards the noise.

What one was, what one has become-the distance between them reveals
the true potential:
becoming one's own ideal.

Spread the Love!
