Surrender

To save myself, I tried to ignore, tried to avoid,
It seemed nothing was in my hands,
Their presence felt too strong.
With no other choice, I let it live inside me,
Surprisingly, something else is stronger than them.

It will be Natural
The mind does not easily surrender—
Such a lovely nature.
Too much explaining, too much convincing—
Still, something is missing,
In deep silence, it just happens.

Who is the best friend?
The one worth losing all else for?
It is true—opposites attract,
but the mind simply surrenders,
with no doubt, no second thought,
to what the heart truly longs for.
