Often, we get into a fight—Easier than facing what stirs inside.A rush to fix things…
Slow Down
I wondered how to be aware.
I started walking slowly.
Voices crowded my head—
Familiar and annoying,
Suddenly, my attention landed on my breath.
I became a little more brave.
Keeping the Silence
Everyone feels the silence—
It’s not a big thing.
It lies beneath everything.
But soon, restlessness draws near.
Anxiety creeps in,
We speak too much, and too loud—
So we practice—not just being still,
But learning to keep the silence by will.
